I really like that. And I feel like you guys got a heck of a player with that pick..very nice...I was hoping he'd fall to the Lions, but then we traded our pick anyway so doesn;t really matter.

I would've thought Green Bay was going to take him considering they need someone to help them out at TE as well. Calvin Johnson was a great pick but im not sure if thats what the Lions needed. I think they were trying to trade it to Tampa Bay but the Bucs read their bluff. Well, hes still gonna make a good impact I think, with Roy Williams lining up on the other side. However, letting Mike Williams go to Oakland is probably going to look like a great bet for the Raiders but he really did not fit in with Detroit. I honestly think Detroit should have taken Brady Quinn because hes just one of those quarterbacks that people say you can build your franchise around.
Quinn is garbage..and there was no way we were taking him. I feel like we got the best QB prospect in this draft. Along with the best WR as well. The thing is I wanted defensive problems so I'm not really happy with the moves. I guess it all depends on how the 2 other players we picked up in the 2nd round pan out though.I can't believe we passed on David Harris in the 2nd round TWICE! grrr.
