"There's so many other opportunities out there in life for me, besides the game of basketball, that I'm truly looking forward to. I really am looking forward to a lot of other opportunities. I think I can make a decent living outside the game of basketball."</div>http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/458...on_yet_from_zo/<span style="font-family:Arial">Whatever he decides to do, I wish him the best. Re: No Decision Yet From 'Zo Mourning has been a great player for the Heat and his defensive skills will definitely be missed by the Heat but he really has nothing left to prove. He's already had an amazing basketball career before and after his comeback and he finally won his ring last year. Either way, he's retiring with the Heat. When I read an article that the Miami Herald wrote the other day, he said that he wants to retire on his own terms, not by an injury. Hopefully, he really considers retiring now because if he stays with the Heat for another season, he may just be in for another disappointment like this past season's.
Re: No Decision Yet From 'Zo does it matter? I mean really if he comes back he will back up an old shaq if not they'll get someone else to do it. Who cares - im glad he got a ring but I dont give a sh*t if he comers back or not and I suspect HEAT fans wont either

Re: No Decision Yet From 'Zo I think that if Zo does decide to come back then he will have a good chance to win another ring next year because the Heat are gonna retool the team and when Shaq starts getting in injury trouble then Zo will be able to takeover and play great defense and score like last year. But I think the Heat need to draft a center soon, Shaq and Zo are old and Earl Barron isnt the answer. I was actually looking at a couple of mock drafts and I hope we can get Acie Law at 20, he can solve the PG problem fro the future. What do you guys think?

This team is in a very bad situation cap-wise and the team is obviously aged to the point where they can't compete for a championship anymore. Without at least a few miracle trades, it looks like we won't be getting anywhere close to another ship in the near future.
