If the Yanx are 2b taken seriously as contenders, they have to destroy opponents pitching, while shutting down opponents hitting. Have to play error-free defense, and dammit learn how to steal bases, and score without always swinging for the fences. Yankees put a halt to their 5 game losing streak with a 7-0 whitewashing of the Pale Hose. Now, if there was ever a time to string together wins, it is now!
Lynn with a damn good job last night, retired 19 in a row retired at one point. Been a while since we've seen that type of performance from a Yankees starter.
