Money laundering with foreign politically connected leaders...tax evasion...not tax issues...and the elephant in the room...Trump lied about the Russian meeting and has since admitted he knew about it and it was to collect dirt on his campaign opposition when previously Trump Jr and Kushner claimed it was about orphans......next up...obstruction...Trump has via twitter called judges, investigators and witnesses liars and fakes....that's tampering and obstruction of justice. Taxes have paid for more golf excursions by the president than they've spent on this investigation...foreign dignitaries have paid for accomodations in Trump's facilities....on and on....buckle up

Okay...I have seemed to have missed your connection with foreign politically connected leaders in connection with his tax issues...seems most of his issues are old, but what ever.

As to your elephant in the room, I remember Don Jr talking about the meeting over a year ago. The pretense for the meeting was to collect information against a political rival, and when the met up the topic shifted to orphans etc, so that ended the sit down. I do not see anything that differs from the original statement. The fact that it has been mentioned at this point, does not make it a new issue.

...you evidently have not followed the trial very closely...if Hillary was on trial for the same offenses would you have the same stance?

I guess if you think tax and bank fraud aren't crimes, then this is much ado about nothing.

Luckily, there's another Manafort trial coming up soon, about different things that also aren't crimes.

By the time Mueller is done, the criminal code will be vastly simplified, as many things that were previously crimes are now not-crimes.

Quite the contrary. I have followed four different news sources. Most have proclaimed that the end all would lead to the White House, to the Kremlin, and would be the end of the Trump administration, as well as other outlandish, sensationalized statements.

Frankly, I think the guy is screwed, although I fail to see where this falls under the purview of a special counsel to investigate interference in an US election. Seems like more usual sources would have been a better option.

As to the question of hillery, silly boy, she will never be charged with obama appointees still running the show. We both know of her list of improprieties that you or I would have been burned to the ground for doing in kind.

There is a giant question that will not be answered in this trial but also was not asked. I'm sure Gates has already told Mueller what the answer is but that means nothing until it is proven in court and the public.

1...Then why are you asking for people to explain it to you?

2.. I didn'.t say she would be charged...it was a simple hypothetical question.

The question is, why did someone having such financial problems, committing felonies to hide felonies, agree to work for free in the Trump campaign? After Trump won the nomination, the RNC even agreed to pay him and he turned it down. Why?

You know, I have been doing some critical reading on American history. I has changed my opinion on a lot of the things that I thought I kew and a lot of the things I was told in collage on down. I honestly do not think the truth will be known for at least twenty years.

And, as to your post, I think there are a lot of question that need to be asked.

Okay, my bad. I attempted to treat you as I do the people I respond to. See, here is a secret. The guys I converse with, we speak to each other, not at each other. We have a reasonable exchange of ideas, beliefs and look others for insight and understanding of a position that may not be our own.

Now if you really want to troll, I would advise that you look to someone accomplished at the art. Take The King of Sling, My buddy, Barfo..see he has it down pat. He will suck you in to a conversation, display actual concern, and then burn you to the ground. Take a few lessons, untill then, go away and let the adults talk.

...not surprised...nice cop out...and your snide remark about what you perceive as qualifying as an "adult" is neither accurate nor warranted...but by all means take the high road if that's what you call it by attempting to insult someone you know nothing about.

...and my question was not addressed to any of your posse or or whatever you call them or anyone else, but instead, directed at you ...again, it was a simple query but instead of answering it you whipped out your message board personna as if it were some sort of weapon.

...insults, the last bastion of someone who has nothing tangible to offer to a "grown up" converstion.

The judge, T.S. Ellis III, has repeatedly suggested that Mueller is only pursuing the case to pressure Manafort into implicating Trump. “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud,” he said in a hearing. “You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump or lead to his prosecution or impeachment or whatever.”

Great point. If Don jr. says so then it must be the way he stated is as we know, the Trumps don't lie. Your logic on so many things is really fucked up.

    Matters not.

Obviously he can adjust his testimony to match his cohorts in perjury, and no jury will believe him.

That's kind of how a prosecution works. Start with the little fish and get info to get the big fish. Do you think Manafort is innocent?
