My sailing sister-in-law and brother-in-law have a house on the river in Cathlamet that they sail to regularly. When you drive around that place EVERYONE waves. Weirded me out a little...

Great idea! I'll print up the signs and hand them out, "Free Boat Ride to Bandon, Or!"

How many do you think you can fit on board?

And how do you square that plan with the constitution?

What if one day Portland decided we didn't want any ancient mariners walking our streets, and shipped you off to a concentration camp in Christmas Valley?

    >>> Like I said, I am not running for the job. Not looking for one either.

    >>> Pass the law! It will not be difficult to skip that city.

As far as I know, you have no Constitutional right to be a vagrant in any city.

    PS
I actually sort of wondered if some one from Eastern Oregon would complain about my Christmas valley suggestion.

Don't look at it as a job but an adventure.

It is sort of weird the way these guy don't care about the way billions were spent changing downtown Portland to no cars, dominated by Max and then letting it rot.

Rather like cooking a damn fine dinner, then leaving it set on the outdoor table until the flies ruin it.

It is not near so difficult for sailor to use the train from Seattle. The area where the station is, hasn't been let go to hell like Portland, probably because the Stadium is in the area. People care.

Having a business where people could hire white homeless americans instead of illegal aliens for yard work would be big in Bandon. Eventually you could get a contract with the golf courses.

That's ok, I'll find some for you and bring them to the boat. When are you coming back to town?

No need, I suspect yours won't be anymore hire-able than the ones I saw.

Rather odd the way it appeared. Mostly black percentage wise, but the white ones were the ones using the needles to jack themselves up with shit. Hell man,
I don't know how to fix that one. That is a long way from hire-able.

    Oh! Next week.

Coos Bay is a rather interesting port. I'm sure you could all the stuff for the needles you need to keep the white guys motivated.

Well, perhaps your Mayor would like to start a pilot program. Fifteen million or so might kick it off, but you need to do the round up and the transportation.
Only willing participants accepted. I do know some Serenity Lane consultants in the area I could hire.

I just fixed a banana split but I didn't have any bananas so I used some bacon that was left over from camping.
