Sorry, I most definitely erred in being 'brutal'. That was wrong. You can't achieve positive results off unacceptable feedback. I know that very well yet often fall into the trap of making the mistake over and over. Gonna have to work on that one. Blame it on falling in line with multiple others who regularly provide unacceptable feedback. Not blaming them 'cause I'll assume they don't know what I know and I know damn well that feedback must be acceptable else you're wasting your time and I hate wasting time. I've had a beer with Marzy. Enjoyed it very much. Enjoyed talking to his brother, as well. Took a little boat ride with him and his brother where we shared beers. Not so sure he'd be up for it with me these days.

At 26, I run a construction company with my father. Not something I love to do but very good money. You can think what you want of me, that's fine. If you or anybody else here met me in person, 100 percent you would like me. I backed off from this forum, too much stupid shit being repeated over and over. Probably was a mistake to engage in this one. I am smart. I am young. I don't claim to know everything. I have room to grow as does everybody else. However I have pretty firm views at this point and strong opinions. I don't know how anything I said was derogatory, maybe I missed it. My debate as well as barfos have done nothing. Neither has most of these threads. Nobody gets anywhere with each other here. So yes, it's pointless and stupid

He's got years and years to learn and change. I used to be a staunch Conservative Republican. I even attended a YAF (Young Americans for Freedom) meeting. Now look at me. If we want to guide him in a positive way and be productive rather than counter productive, our feedback must be acceptable and it's going to take time. While I'm always tempted to rush it, I'm feel certain that low and slow is the way to go. Cup, you know I like and respect you, always have, so I implore you to be patient with this very nice young man on my behalf. He's young. Do you remember being young? I do and I've had a lot to learn, unfortunately a lot of it was via the school of hard knocks.
