It is in many places already...and in California, I'd say yes....17 year olds are not that different from 18 year olds in many cases...at 17 I was sexually active...laws can be tricky....oral sex is illegal in many states as is smoking pot or drinking alcohol....weirdly enough when I got back from the war I was too young to buy a beer in San Diego.....I still drank beer....in Europe this definitely would have been a non issue...especially italy

 

and 16 year olds aren't that different than 17 year olds....and....

 

actually I wouldn't make that statement at all.....kids mature at very different rates....the age when they should be able to make choices is tricky...17 though for me I felt mature enough to make those choices...at 16...probably not. should you need to be 21 to join the army?

She's this morning claiming it was a black mail scheme ...never happened and Bourdain paid the kid to make it not mess up her cause with #metoo and Weinstein.....she said he's been harassing her and threatening her and Tony just paid the kid off to stop the tabloid....so...this all could be just gold digging after all...we don't know at this point but Bourdain gave the guy money to stop

well she said he wasn't a victim and it was blackmail...and Bourdain wrote his own story...he made his own choice like an independent millionaire supporter of feminism would right?
