I find I must offer one slight modification to Cup's statement though. I make no claim to know the actually combined accumulation of statutes and precedent that makes up the law better than the DOJ and it's political hacks that pollute the place. But I do know from historical study and logical deduction, what the original intent was in the beginning. This is not what they are administering today. Anyone with a lick of sense could find this truth on their own as well. You all know in your heart when you allow logic to prevail that the intent was to select a chief executive, the President, by election by the people, State by State. It was not intended to provide and alternative route to change the result by handing power to hinder and defame to a group of insiders, that have no accountability to the people. This has no reference in the Constitution and cannot be a logical deduction by and honest man. An honest government can not have people in any position of power that does not have a boss with the power to fire them, or they are not answerable to the people via the ballot box whereby they can be dismissed. We have this right now in the Special Prosecutor and his boss, Rosenstein. That pair is viewed by the losers in the electorate as outside the power of the one person designated to hold executive power in our government. Nor do they ever answer to the people directly or indirectly. This can not be correct.
