You going to pay for the wall? Your president said Mexico will and now has changed his tune which he often does. In other words, he speaks out his ass. Obviously something you must approve of with your blinded loyal support.
Nominated for post of the day? By who? and where there is one idiot, there are usually more so anything being nominated for anything is worthless.
I'm saying that spending Millions and Millions of dollars to find 19 illegal voters is madness. 19 illegal voters nationally isn't going to effect anything. And I'm saying that making the poor spend $50 for State ID and making them wait in line for two hours to get that ID and making them come up with all the ID to get the State ID all during working hours when these poor disadvantaged people must work is more madness and clearly aimed at suppressing the voting of disadvantaged people and minorities. That is what I'm saying and I think I know more about what I'm saying than you do. Madness should be Trump's middle name.
Again with the made-up ridiculous "I can't afford ID" lie. No American citizen of voting age is without government ID unless they deliberately threw it away because they're wanted for arrest warrants. You can't drive without, so anyone who's ever driven has a license. You can't get public housing assistance, welfare, food stamps... without it, so even the most destitute citizens have it. You can't get a job without it, so anyone who carries their own weight has it. You can't rent a rug shampooer, finance anything, open a bank account, buy a gun, car, motorcycle, fishing/hunting license...without it. You can't board a plane or cruise ship, or leave from/return to the US without it. Anyone, no matter their circumstances, can manage to take a couple hours once every 8 years or so to get ID or to keep it current. Anyone.

Two linked to 'extremist Muslim' New Mexico compound wanted to attack hospital, prosecutors say By Samuel Chamberlain | Fox News Jany Leveille, left, and Siraj Ibn Wahhaj , listening during a detention hearing in a Taos, N.M. court earlier this month. A couple accused of training children to carry out mass shootings at an "extremist Muslim" compound in the New Mexico desert singled out an Atlanta hospital as one target before police arrested them, according to court documents filed Friday. Prosecutors in Taos County, citing interviews with the 11 children found at the compound earlier this month, claimed in the filing that Jany Leveille wanted to "confront 'corrupt' institutions or individuals ... and reveal the 'truth' to these corrupt institutions or individuals." According to the prosecutors, one of the children said Leveille "specifically" mentioned Grady Hospital as a "corrupt" institution. They added that Leveille "expressed her displeasure with Grady Hospital ... due to treatment she and her mother received there." The filing also said investigators recovered a 10-page, handwritten document entitled "Phases of a Terrorist Attack" from the New Mexico compound. The document includes "instructions for the one-time terrorist," but it was not clear if a specific target was mentioned. Authorities also said Leveille and her partner, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, "would laugh and joke about dying in Jihad." Prosecutors also outlined allegations that Wahhaj and his 3-year-old son, Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, left Georgia without taking medications the boy needed to treat severe health problems, including seizures that stemmed from a lack of oxygen and blood flow at birth. The affidavit alleged that Leveille and Wahhaj witnessed the boy's seizures and knew he had a diagnosed seizure disorder but apparently gave him no medication and took no action to seek proper medical care. Prosecutors quoted an extensive account of the child's death as written in a journal entry they attributed to Leveille, indicating that Abdul-ghani died in late December 2017 as the exhausted boy's heartbeat faded in and out during a religious ritual accompanied by a reading of the Koran and aimed at casting out demonic spirits. The boy's remains were found Aug. 6 inside an underground tunnel at the compound. The prosecutors filed the document as part of their appeal of a district judge's order that could allow at least three of the five adult defendants in the case to be released on house arrest with ankle monitors. Judge Sarah Backus said the previous evidence provided by prosecutors was troubling but did not indicate any clear threat to public safety from the defendants, who have no criminal records. On Friday, prosecutors said that their new evidence proved Leveille "and possibly others of the defendants may suffer from dangerous delusions ... [and] ... have history of endangering the welfare of children." In addition to charges of child neglect against her, Leveille also is being held on accusations by federal immigration authorities that she overstayed her non-immigrant visitor visa after arriving 20 years ago in the United States from her native Haiti. She was returned Thursday to Taos from a federal holding facility in Texas. That's wrong. The standard being asked for voting is valid ID. That is different than ID. Driver licenses can be suspended in many states for failure to pay parking tickets or other civil fines. Not paying a parking ticket should not eliminate one's voting rights. You can rent rug shampooers with an invalid DL. You can open a bank account with an invalid DL. You can even buy a gun with an invalid DL. Having a DL is not a requirement for owning a gun. And yes, you can board a plane or cruise ship with an invalid DL. You could get into an accident and receive a letter from the DMV saying that because you're old your license is no longer valid until you come in for testing. But the DL in your wallet would not disintegrate or turn black. It would appear to still be valid.
Lot of those are not places a Real American would want to emulate. I looked up a few of them randomly, most were fences not walls. One said the main purpose was to keep cattle separated. barfo
Bullshit! Get a DL in Oregon, gets you registered to vote. That gets you a ballot in the mail. No other ID is required. Rather ridiculous but that is what we have. In California, just get the DL, they don't give a shit where you live or reside. You can vote too.
Oregon has strict ID requirements to get a DL or to renew it. Those ID requirements meet what is required to register to vote. It only makes sense to combine those two transactions.
And that would make @MARIS61 correct, not wrong. And then this post would make me correct when I point out, that only a two faced phony asshole would make the post. "Doesn't offend me, but then I'm strong in my convictions and love of my country. I also did more to defend the flag than all the losers who oppose the kneeling such as Trump." It is a offensive he calls people that respect the flag and tradition of our Nation "losers". Very doubtful he did more than any he calls losers also. Simply bullshit from a two faced phony. You ought to learn what is offensive before you interfere with men.
...translation, you are beaten...yet you felt the need to respond. ...derp. ...beware, I'm thinking about taking a page out of your playbook and begging Sly for a deletion of your "insult". ...still waiting for you to answer " the question"...is there an answer in our future?
What the hell are you talking about? Maris is wrong about his ID post. Again, just because something is "offensive" or upsetting to you doesn't mean it's a personal insult.
The incivility the fools in this forum sling about are far worse than mere simple personal insults. Many put people on ignore then sling away. Then you delete the response. I know you did not learn this from Denny but I am surprise you learned it at all. Close the deal, make it conservative free. It is a bull shit forum now anyway.
I never had any ID until I was 16 and that was so I could drive. Had my family been so dirt poor that we never would have afforded a car, I might have gone until I was of draft age before getting any ID. Of course I believe they just might have done away with the draft. You don't rub elbows with any of these people but some don't own a car and take the bus everywhere, of course in the deep South it might be wise to sit in the back. Also, when I got my driver's license renewed they were requiring all kinds of ID for new drivers. You were not allowed to use an old driver's license from another state. They accepted passport, military ID, certified copy of birth certificate (this includes Hawaii) and I don't remember what else but it was substantial. These people don't take cruise liners or airplane vacations like you. To open a bank account it would seem to me that you'd need something to put in it. I don't suppose a share cropper would have too much extra cash lying around. I'm going to guess that people this poor don't own a lot of cars, motorcycles, fishing/hunting licenses rug shampooers or open a lot of financial instruments (LOL). How they get Welfare is beyond me, maybe they don't get Welfare, is that possible? A couple hours? No, first you've got to go unpaid while you go there. Then you've got to go unpaid while you wait who knows how long. I'm disabled so my renewal lasted just 2 hours. Then you've got to go unpaid while you travel back. This may entail the whole day. You can easily afford to do that but some of these folk are barely scraping by. I once knew a technician at Tektronix who left work early on payday so he could go home, pick up his check in the mailbox and head for the bank so he could make good his checks he cashed the day before. He was a technician and he was just scraping by. Now, imagine you're a share cropper. I don't even know how literate some of these folks are. You send representatives to their home after supper and help them fill out the paper work all for free and we'll talk turkey. They'll probably invite you in for a glass of good old Flint Michigan tap water.
