When I lived down there the thing they always tell you is "we have bigger economy than France."

"Yeah but France has something called culture too.'

If stinky cigarettes, questionable bathing habits and rudeness are culture, sure.

I really really like Paris, elsewhere, the French seem to go out of their way to be rude. And don't get me started on the French Riviera beaches - overrated does not even start to describe them.

(I am mostly a fan of old Citroens, especially the one without hydropneumatic suspension)

I was thinking more of Impressionism, Art Deco design and Charles Azanvour. But you're right about the rudeness bit.

Yeah, I was thinking of the buttered buns. Who needs the restaurant meal after you fill up on them. But the best part is the language. C'est la France.

nachos in salsa vs. buttered buns
Hey puto, wanna fight? vs. Voulez-vous, Mademoiselle?

I spent a lot of time in France in the 90s and I live in socal now. Not in a million years would I choose to live there over here.

    Per usual, ymmv

Now , if you said Italy, there will be a conversation.

I'd say this is more of a Sesame Street picture: One Of These Things Does Not Belong. Rondo's a pretty smart dude, even if he's done some stupid things (who hasn't?).
And actually, I don't know enough about Stevenson to make an assumption about his intelligence. The other two? I feel fairly safe in judging them as average or below.

    The ultimate gym rat.

Also, a good example for the young guys of what you can accomplish through hard work. He only averaged > 9 ppg one time, yet managed to have a 13-year NBA career.

The Blazers really need to properly add Blake as an assistant coach.

I think that's the ultimate goal for Blake and the team. It's only a matter of time before one of our current assistant coaches gets a HC gig. I think they'll hire Blake to replace that person when the time comes.

I'm sure Blake is enjoying a few years with the family without the travel.
