    @DaLincolnJones I would think a judge would want an FBI investigation to help clear his name if he was innocent. Nothing to hide. Right?

    Has he answered any questions?

    1 party is asking to be investigated and took a lie detector test and one refuses to even answer that question....as a judge.

    I always side that if they say it happened when it comes to being sexually assualted/raped, it happened. You don't question. (What I mean by that is you don't question the person saying "I don't believe you. No, that couldn't have happened. You're wrong." etc)

    And that's not party-sided either. That goes for anyone.

    But this thing is a shitshow.
