    Game Recap-

Post Season is truly a entirely new season unto its own.
Sanchez finds redemption, as if the season just began. Judge returns to Monster Mashing Fastballs, timings not an issue.

A 'quality start' from the hero masahiro, and the Yanx are damn near unbeatable when they get a 'quality start', a high octane, high flying hr balls exiting the park quality start, the first or regular season, and this the premium post or 2nd-season. Good thing this wasn't citi-field, or La Guardia would be grounded,...

Gomenasi Tanaka San, I had little faith in your start but you came through and helped your team. Lo siento mucho toSanchez, you produced for your team when it was expected. To Price, opponent of the Yankees facial hair policies, how'd you like that shave you got last night. Boner I am shocked, some of your moves seem to be working.

I'm liking the win!! It,s a shame Stanton is in a cold streak though...........We would be in a world of hurt if Aaron Judge was still on the DL....

Imho- never has political correctness been so out of control. I know Ron Darling did not mean anything offensive by his statement "Tanaka is showing a chink in his armor". I do not see anything offensive with it, and perhaps those who do feel offended need to lighten up.

But then, when Howard Cosell said "look at that little monkey run" on Monday Night Football. I was thinking the same thing before he even said it. That comment cost him his job, does that mean my thoughts should have cost me mine???

What should have cost Cosell his job was- his drinking until he puked in the Press booth.

These are crazy times, when the meaning of words have become contorted and have opposite meaning: -

When I was young if something was cool it was bitching.
Now the word shit as in that is some good shit.
Kids today use the word "dope" when describing something cool. This in an era when the nation is reeling from an opioid epidemic..

George Carlin would have a field day on the fodder of today's politically correct language....

the Yankees have won seven consecutive playoff games dating to last season — a streak that had left the Red Sox feeling a sense of urgency about winning Game 2 even through they were already up a game in this series.

Cora had to also feel a little uneasy about handing the ball to Price, the pitcher with a $217 million contract and a pair of inconvenient goblins —

    The Price is not right

David Price can’t win in the playoffs and can rarely beat the Yankees. Price’s teams — Tampa Bay, Detroit, Toronto and now Boston — have lost all 11 of his career playoff starts. And since signing with the Red Sox before the 2016 season, he is 2-8 with a 7.95 earned run average against the Yankees.

I saw that article and went WTF. I've been using that phrase myself for years. An English friend of mine told me things have gotten so politically correct in Britain you must say chalkboard instead of blackboard. The individual who "wrote up" Darling was probably trying to show how "diversified" he or she was.
