Thank you, that's very generous. But I don't want to be a pig.

Damn the rose garden is almost 30 years old huh? I wonder when new arena talks will begin.. I’ll say in about 3-4 years it’ll get louder..

Btw where the Coliesum is will be a perfect location. You can even continue games at the rose garden and not be affected while the new arena is built

They'll never let that happen. The Coliseum is an architectural beauty...

I never thought it was THAT great. It is very much of it's time. The best thing it has going for it is the location. The Rose Garden beats it hands down as far as I am concerned.

the only thing about the MC that is neat is that you can lift up the curtains and get a view of the city.

If I remember correctly the Rose Garden lease is up in 2023, so I think your timeline is about right. It will be interesting to see if the Blazers play hardball with the city. Like threaten to move if they don't get a new arena...

It's not that it's expensive - it's that it SUCKS. Literally the worst coffee I've ever had.

The Sonic owner who designed Key Arena to be too small to handle hockey was the owner before the Starbucks owner.
