    Paul Allen wouldn't do that, but if he's dead by then, the next owner will be a typical cheap NBA owner who would.

    I do not see that happening. I do see Paul being more aware of the details since the original Rose Garden deal was horrible. Hopefully he is still the owner when the next deal is made.

    Is there anything that the current arena needs though to compete with any of the new buildings? Not really seeing any investment paying off.
