Not in my opinion. The downtown restaurant scene feels like Portland circa 2005. To be fair instead of gray sky and green it has blue sky and turquoise.
Some reasons why the Blazers won't move: - They have a lease that runs through 2025. - They have a good stadium. - The stadium will be sold with the team. - They're regularly top 10 in attendance. - The market has no competition from any other major sport. - The NBA made it much harder for teams to move after the Seattle debacle.
Who asks to crash at other people's houses for free while stating his preferences for how the house should be. Haha.
Kobe had a really hard time trusting his team mates on a basketball court, I think he’d find it really frustrating to do that as an owner. Lebron in a few years after he retired Id be up for that. Im wary of players of that caliber as owners or upper management. Maybe Kobe would do fine, but I think Lebrons leadership skills have developed really well, and I believe he’d trust his team to help make decisions. Not sure Kobe would.
