Re: Utah Has Found It's Man That's right. AK-47. He's playing pg to pf. He's taking the place of Williams and Fisher when they're in foul trouble. He's blocking shots like an madman and he's hitting the outside shot. He is perhaps the best all around player in the NBA. Just watch him, he can do anything, and when something's not working for him, something else will because he can utilize all his skills. Watch out, AK-47 is back, and better than ever. I don't get why any of you ever thought he was lost, he's always doing something. But the best news: it's clearer than ever how important and valuable he is.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man Nice one captain obvious. Way to jump on the bandwagon...it left a while ago and you missed it.People have known that Kirilenko has been a good all around player...I wouldn't say he's the best all around player in the league though..he has been way too inconsistent as of late and THE MAN in Utah is either Carlos Boozer or Deron Williams

Deron and Boozer are great, but AK47 is irreplaceable. And yes, I am a bandwagoner on the Jazz since the beginning of the playoffs.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man He isn't back, I don't know what you are on PFF.One game or 5 games isn't enough to call him a effective player once again, he is way too inconsistint, wayyyy<< okay he needs to prove himself more than a little bit to be deserving of any praise, so hold up for a bit.Im not saying he's a bad player at all because it's a fact that he can be one of the best all round players out there but you just can't say that he's suddenly back, concistancy makes a player and he isn't consistent at the moment and won't be able to prove that he is unless the jazz go deep into the players or intill next season.

I dunno what you're saying
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man Screw Loozer, I thought this thread was gonna be about him so I didn't even open it. I hate that dude, and thats why I'm rooting for Golden State. But still, even if Utah wins this series they wont get past the Spurs or Suns. Anyway, on AK he is starting to become the player he was last year. Looks like a little crying helped him?
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man What NBA season were you watching?Kirilenko went from a rising star to 3rd option on the Jazz..how was he "never lost"? What are you talking about? Look at his last 5 seasons then look at this season man.

Re: Utah Has Found It's Man He is losthe can barley score more than 2 pts in some games.though he still manges to be good on defense.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man Yes they do in this case..okay throw stats out the window. Have you watched ANY Jazz games this year? He was not the old Andrei Kirilenko that we all know.He was completely dull this year and looked clueless out there sinking back into the shadows of his teammates. Just because he's having a good playoff series (he had a pretty awful first round by the way) doesn't mean there's reason for you to jump on his tip when people knew a few years ago he was a good player. This year is definitley not a good time to start praising him, especially when you're just bandwagoning Utah in the playoffs.

Re: Utah Has Found It's Man Sorry PPF, I'm a Jazz fan and for most the season AK47 was a flaming pile of sh*t. rumor had it that he was addicted to some video game and was always tired from playing it all night. He also wasn't included in the Jazz offense a lot of the time, and when he was he played outside and he isn't a good outside player. the resergence of him has a lot more to do with the Jazz having him play inside more. once he gets a few layups he can hit the occasional jumper, but I still worry when I see him shoot. He did have a few good games, but most his stats were 4 points, 2 boards, and a block in like 26 minutes. AK is also a guy who feeds off his own energy, if he does something good he tends to feed off that and continues doing good. if he's playing like sh*t, he feeds off that too and continues to play like sh*t.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man He finally looks like he's getting together. He definately looks more active on the defensive end...and on the offensive end he looks alot more confident...He's got the ability to score around the basket, and he can definately step out and shoot a little bit.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I don't get why any of you ever thought he was lost</div>because he was lost. He was awful compared to the old AK47 until the last few games of the Houston series. If Steve Francis starts averaging 25-5-5 next year, that doesn't mean that he wasn't lost for the last two seasons.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man He's looked pretty bad in ALOT of games.. He looked more confident shooting WIDE ass open jumpers last night, and he's always going to be a factor on defense. He can do so many different things, and creates mismatches, and obviously he is one of the most versatile players in the league - but he's been lost for the most part.. It was nice to see him play well thoughHe was the face of the Jazz pretty much, and he was thought of to be the future of that team. But he didnt accept that role, which allowed Boozer, and Williams to step in and be the 1 and 2 options.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man Andrei Kirilenko played like sh*t most of the season. Mentally, he's just not that strong and his lack of development on the offensive end is killing him. This season has been a disaster, during the playoffs and more recently he's played better.....but I'm not going crazy over the guy.
Re: Utah Has Found It's Man PFF, you have not seen Utah Jazz basketball during the regular season. Stop pulling this stuff out of your ass.
