Probably booze and pills. They're everywhere. My wife's employees throw 3 or 4 out of the stores weekly. One left a baby chicken and a baby duck in the restroom garbage and then stumbled out....not kidding.
That's because black men and women have been taught to be calm as possible in situations like this because they know that if they act out it will just get them in trouble because they're being "uppity".

I don't see racism there at all. It paints a picture of reality for African-Americans. I've heard then say the same thing.
