I won't be able to access a computer until about 11:00 at night so I can't make a game thread. I guess this will have to do.......
WOW!Jackson got a T and all and I can agree. But why in the world did Matt get one? Freaking Loozer flipped out he missed an easy lay up so the ref T's up the other team? Thats laughable. Utah is leading 77-73, and the 3rd SHOULD be over.. But Utah has free throws coming most likely.
how did the refs buy that flop by AK? A little contact by Barnes and AK acts as if he were just hit in the kidneys with a sledgehammer
Boo, Warriors Suck! I never liked them, I was joking the whole entire time.nah there still alright, better luck next year bdidy.
Warriors lost dammit! WOO HOO LETS GO JAZZ!!!!! AND SUNS OWN!!!!!!!!Haha that was a physical game, Dee brown missing 3 in a row what the hell?
Is anyone watching the postgame press conference? Don Nelson looks obviously happy that his team just made it this far and competed. He appears to be just happy to be there.A reporter asked him what he thinks his team needs to do to get over the hump. He said he thought that was a funny question and his team has already gotten over the hump.So he doesn't want his team to go even further next year? You're not going to win an NBA Championship (which should be the ultimate goal for every team) if you don't have the attitude to win one. If you're just satisfied losing in the 2nd Round, what kind of message is he sending to his players?Yes, they should be proud of their season. And he should tell his players to keep their chins up. However, he shouldn't be acting as if they've already gotten over the hump, and to be completely satisfied with this year's result. He should tell them to keep their chins up and work hard to be even more successful next year.

They went from a laughingstock of the league ready to miss their 14th straight playoffs to pulling the greatest upset in the history of the league, all in the span of a month. He should be absolutely satisfied with this result as they are the story of the season and he singlehandedly turned around an awful franchise the year he got there. The fans would have been happy with getting swept in the first round. The nuggets and clippers didn't get championship expectations thrust on them once they broke their playoff-less streaks, why should we? Plus, I don't know if you know this, but he got about a 5 million dollar bonus for getting as far as he did in the playoffs, because nobody thought it was possible. That's not chump change for a coach. That would make him pretty happy.
Great Series Warriors fans, this was really exciting with 4 of the 5 games being close. This ugly basketball we saw in the second half was more suited for the Jazz, but you guys played hard and you don't have anything to be ashamed of.

All I can say is every team will be fighting for the 8th seed next year. But seriously, this will give more motivation to teams like the Hornets who are always on the verge of making the playoffs. They can now say to themselves " Hey, the Warriors were the 8th seed last season, and they took out the best team in the NBA in the first round. We can do that!" It's still unlikely a team will ever come close to what GS just did, but it's always possible.

Honestly if Golden State would of went any farther than this, it'd be a total shame for the image of basketball and sports itself. Have you ever seen more players with attitude problems on the same team? If they are winning, everything's great, fine and dandy, but at even the slightest hint that they will lose the game they start thier sh*t. In every game that GS has lost in the playoffs, at least one player has been disqualified by either fouling out or by getting two T's. Also, does anyone else think that the Utah bench is probably the best in the league top to bottom? They really do I believe. Every single player that comes of Sloan's bench is well coached and is tough as nails. Matt Harpring got into Stephen Jackson's head in this series. Jackson started making it into a 1-on-1 game mentality. Then you have Derek Fisher who is the seasoned vet point gaurd who plays superb defense and hits clutch shot after clutch shot. Cant say enough about this guy. Paul Millsap is a double double waiting to happen inany game he plays in. It's pretty damn good that he can get a double double even when comming of the bench and playing behind Okur and Boozer. Utah then also has to rookies in Ronnie Brewer and Dee Brown who can come into the game and make a positive impact. Brewer will of course take over that starting two gaurd spot sometime within the next few years. Then they round out the bench with two big centers in Rafael Araujo and Jarron Collins. Also, Araujo is having a much better time here in Utah than he had in Toronto. Now he isnt putting up the greatest numbers, but in the season games that I saw him play in, he was at least active on the defensive end and rebounded.

I'm tired of garbage ball, but it's not only the Warriors garbage ball that pisses me off most, they are like you said, a bunch of punk bitches.
