This game will be a huge challenge. Bucks are the best team in the East, currently. They've looked darned near unbeatable with the highest point differential in the league right now (15.8), more than even the Warriors. It would be quite a statement if the Blazers could defeat Milwaukee.

Im the one guy lol, I pretty much hate watching Giannis, he travels and gets away with it so freaking much. The guy is really good and hey if they arent gonna call it than whatever I guess... I just get no pleasure from watching him walk down the lane over and over.
With Budhenholzer, they have moved the ball really well and opened up the offense a ton.

The one thing we have is a great fan base and a better winning record at home.

MIL currently is currently 3rd in the league in ORtg and 2nd in DRtg. According to Hoopsstats, they have the second best starting 5 in the league behind only GSW (who starts 4 all stars). They also have a top 10 bench, play at the fastest pace in the league, are 7th in team 3FG% and lead the league, by a substantial margin, in made 3-pointers at 15.6 per game (HOU is 2nd at 13.9 and GSW is 3rd at 13.3).

They are healthy, long, athletic, deep, well coached and playing extremely well. It's really going to take a tremendous effort from the entire team, at both ends, to pull this one out. Dame and C.J. both need to have great games, Nurk needs to outplay Lopez and our bench needs to have another one of those 50+ point games.

This is easily the best team we have faced so far. In their one loss to BOS, Bledsoe and Lopez both had bad games. Those are the two positions where POR has an advantage. We need to exploit that advantage, because MIL has a huge advantage at both forward spots.

They also shot poorly from 3 in that game (only 9 - 29, .310%). Terry's defense is supposed to be designed to run shooters of the 3-point line, and it seems to be working. POR is currently 6th in OPP 3FG% at .328, but MIL is even better (5th at .323). MIL also leads the league in OPP FG% at a remarkable .404 (POR is 3rd at .426). These are two high scoring teams, but the difference in the game will likely be who plays better on defense.

This will be tuff game but we need shoot the ball well especially from the 3 point line.

That blowout last night did wonders to our advanced team stats.

Currently at 4th in ORTG, 5th in DRTG, for 4th in net rating. MIL is at 3rd and 2nd respectively and has the best overall net rating.

I think the thing that makes Giannis so maddening to so many (and so impossible to defend) is that he uses his length so well that he often looks like he's traveling when he's completely legal. This was an excellent example.

I have went through this replay so many times, his last dribble is at the top of the key and he takes 4 or 5 (its a little hard to tell once the defender gets there)steps from there, 3 of which look to be after his “gather”. You could maybe say its not a travel in this particular case, but he does something similar to this just about every time he drives, I dont believe I have ever seen him called for traveling and I doubt very much so that he’s never traveled on his drives.
I know the NBA lets stars do this type of thing all the time and I understand its because the league is entertainment, but I just dont like it, and I dont like watching him play for the most part. I recognize he’s good, just not a fan.
 
CJ is our second best player, but Zach is closing fast.

I assume he wont be playing at this point so the announcements is just confirmation. Its kind of weird they havent really said whats going on, but he’ll play, when he plays...
