<span style="font-size:18pt;line-height:100%">BCB = Dr. Cox from Scrubs</span>- The leader of the pack, but not the boss. He runs the floor but still has to watch out for his superiors. A smart-ass, cranky SOB who gives credit when it's due. Knows pretty everything and let's everyone know it, looked up to by his newbies, but also feared/hated by those that don't understand him and his passion for what he does.

AustinHyde from That 70s ShowReal laid back, can find the fun in anything and sometimes just doesn't give a damn. Somewhat the leader but is to lazy to...give a damn. Dates black chicks. Makes sarcastic remarks and is somewhat cruel to his friends. But at the end of the day, has alotve advice on life.
