• Sunday’s game marks the first of two meetings between the Trail Blazers and the Celtics during the 2018-19 season. Boston won the season series in 2017-18, 2-0.

• LAST MEETING: The Celtics outscored Portland by 15 points in the final period to steal a 105-100 victory at Moda Center. Marcus Morris scored 30 points (9-13 FG, 5-6 3-PT, 7-7 FT) for Boston while Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum scored 26 points each for the Trail Blazers.

Tic-tac-toe, Blazers have won 3 in a row.

But the Celtics, one of the top Eastern Conference teams, will be coming to town hoping to spoil our streak.

Coincidentally, Boston has won 3 in a row against Portland. So we really need to get one against them.

Additionally, this game lands on Veterans day, and it serves as the debut of the new "City" jerseys for the Blazers.

So this will be an epic match, especially since a lucky 15 Ripcitytwo members are going to the game.

Win or lose, this will be a suite game!

Another legit test. Boston has so many guys that can score... but they haven't been scoring particularly well. Hopefully that tend continues.

There were a couple images where it looked orange, but most looked blazer red to me. I wonder how they’ll look in action.

If they come out looking orange I’ll agree with you they ugly, but I think it’ll look red with proper lighting.

I love those dark pewter and black with red orange lettering. Those are hands down the best alternative uni's they've come out with. They look manly!

The BIOFREEZE logo totally ruins it for me. It looks so out of place.

I mean look at the GE logo on the Celtics jersey:

Much less offensive. If we have to have corporate logos on NBA jerseys, can they at least not be hideous? Clearly Nike, the branding gods, have given the jersey designers the freedom to match colors with the rest of the jersey. Why can't BIOFREEZE do the same? Make that BIOFREEZE logo red with a gray border and it blends in much better
