Too bad those two are the major underdogs, and I really can't see them winning it at all...So I think it will be a Pistons/Spurs '05 rematch....These playoffs have been really dissapointing...Only one Game 7 series so far...where's the excitement and drama?

I really want to see a Spurs and Pistons matchup again which I think we will end up seeing...Both of these teams were considered a clear step below their team the previous year and they have gone out and proved everybody wrong so far in the playoffs...It would be an exciting series....Both teams can score, both teams play defense, and both teams bring alot of emotion. It would be a great series...

Re: NBA Finals Matchup You'd like to see? I think your wrong. The suns will be back next year, they are not going to just fade away because of this series. We have no idea what the hell is going to happen in Dallas, so who knows if they will be a title contender next year. The Spurs are still going to be around most likely, but they are getting old. I think the Suns will be just as good next year, maybe even better.

To add, there big three are speculated to be broken up to this offseason as well, its been a good 3-4 years for them, but I think this was their last chance. ESPICIALLY with the Mavricks out. They could package Marion for Garnett, maybe get Jermain O'Neal. There are plenty of stars and options to go after this off-season. They will be a title contender for the next 2-3 still.
Re: NBA Finals Matchup You'd like to see? I dont doubt the suns coming back next season, but you cant balme the nba entirely for the suspension being the reason the suns lost the series. The Spurs flat out outplayed the suns so they deserve to be in the conference finals regardless of game 5(which the suns almost won anyway except they let their lead fall apart, which was their own mistake)

Re: NBA Finals Matchup You'd like to see? I think the advantage goes to the Pistons in a spurs-pistons rematch. Since that finals, every rematch ive seen agaist detroit, the spurs have been stopped and detroit has outplayed them. I see no reason why they wouldnt do the same in this years finals. Pistons in 6.

Re: NBA Finals Matchup You'd like to see? Lebron in the finals would sell alot more then the Pistons. Especially if they could pull off the upset of getting past Detriot and going there. I want to see that. As for the west it doesn't matter.
