Cleveland advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals in 1976 and 1992. The Cavaliers are 3-1 on the road in the playoffs this season and 6-5 over the past two seasons. Cleveland is tied with San Antonio for the best road playoff record over the past two seasons. A win tonight would give the Cavaliers a team record four road playoff wins in a playoff season. Cleveland's three road wins this season tie them with the 1992 and 2006 Cavs teams which each won three road games. The Cavaliers have closed out three playoff series on the road (1992 First Round, 2006 First Round and 2007 First Round) and have won two of their last three road close-out games (First Round series in both 2006 and 2007). Clevland is 3-1 all-time in series in which they lead 3-2. The Cavaliers held the Nets to an opponent franchise-playoff low six points in the fourth quarter of Game 5. The Nets went 1-15 (.067) from the field in the final period. In the fourth quarter of the past two games, Cleveland has held the Nets to 4-31 (.129) shooting and 11.0 (16 in Game 4 and 6 in Game 5) points in the quarter. The Nets one field goal made in the fourth quarter of Game 5 marked the fewest field goals made in one quarter of a playoff game in the last 10 postseasons (starting in 1998).</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%">Series Info</span></span>Gm 1: <strike>Sun., May 6 @ CLE, 1 ET, ABC</strike> <span style="color:#990000">CLE</span>Gm 2: <strike>Tue., May 8 @ CLE, 8 ET, TNT</strike> <span style="color:#990000">CLE</span>Gm 3: <strike>Sat., May 12 @ NJN, 5 ET, ESPN</strike> <span style="color:#000099">NJ</span>Gm 4: <strike>Mon., May 14 @ NJN, 7 ET, TNT</strike> <span style="color:#990000">CLE</span>Gm 5: <strike>Wed., May 16 @ CLE, 8 ET, TNT</strike> <span style="color:#000099">NJ</span>Gm 6: Fri., May 18 @ NJN, 7 ET, ESPNGm 7*: Sun., May 20 @ CLE, TBD, TNTBold-Next Game*-If Necessary<strike>Cross out- Games over</strike>

Haha I fixed the title for you.

Why doesn't LeBron do this every night? He's going strong to the basket every opportunity he gets, and look what's happening. If he did this more often, it would benefit him and his team a ton. I just hope he doesn't change his ways and start settling for a bunch of jumpers as this game progresses (which is likely).

EDIT: Wow, Marshall is feeling it right now. He's tearing that net up.

Donyell Marshall is alive! I cannot believe he has come out and hit 3's. Normally he would just shoot and air ball or just brick the shot. He will still do that, but I'll take those 3 3's any day of the week off the bench from Marshall. Anyway, great way to start the game and the 1st half. That last three kills us, but the sad part is I wasn't shocked to see him make it. We just gotta play good defense and we can win this game and head to the ECF, come on Cleveland.

Good way to end the half for New Jersey with that 3 from Bokie, maybe that will give them a little extra momentum going into the 2nd half. This game is nowhere near over, Drew Gooden was definitely over-enthusiastic during that halftime interview. I just hope Cleveland doesn't get too comfortable out there.

New Jersey is going to explode in the 2nd half, they're very well within striking range. Cleveland always lets their guard down in these type of situations. Carter HAS to attack the basket more, RJ needs to keep mixin' it up, and JKidd needs to push the tempo and not play at Cleveland's pace.

I hope this Nets team has one more run in them, maybe the last with Kidd if we don't win here.

Mikkie Moore is honestly a terrible flopper. He is just lucky these refs have been trying to help the poor Nets all game. This is horrible, this game should be a 20 point lead still. LeBron James has 4 fouls, so this is gonna be a test for the rest of the team. Even though the last 2 fouls on LBJ were bull sh*t.

Jeez. This is sad.The refs want a close game, I guess.Larry Hughes keeps on shooting jumpers, why does God hate Cleveland? I don't understand what we ever did. If we had a coach, he'd bring in Damon Jones for Larry Hughes because we need some offense, and Hughes is just throwing up trash.

Wow, Lebron looked pretty sick in the first quarter. He was so goddamn aggressive, and he was able to hit on those running jumpers off the glass, or turn arounds in the post. He wasn't sinking shots, he was just taking it right to em...letting them have it. Way to go Lebron! You're on your way to your first ECF's buddy!Anyway, RJ looked good. He was also very aggressive, and he sunk a few shots...Jason Kidd wasnt having his usual passing game. VC had some nice passes into the interior, but he wasn't contributing THAT much on the offensive end. Then again, he was being unselfish, and he wasnt taking any terrible shots.Donyell also nailed 3's for the Cavs. Onto the 2nd half!

Here in the third quarter, New Jersey has played some outstanding defense, not letting the Cavaliers get any good position close to the basket, and not allowing them to get into the lane from dribble penetration. They are forcing the Cavaliers into some very tough shots, late in the shot clock, from deep. They have got to figure out a way to beat this defense that the Nets are playing, Varajao just scored the first points for the Cavaliers since Lebron went out of the game.

I don't know what game you have been watching, because James is not getting every call. Matter fact, if he was why is he on the bench with 4? I don't understand that part, but whatever.Cavaliers up one, Mike Brown's offense is the best in the NBA... Anyone disagree?

Honestly I just wanted to win this game so we would get more rest for the next series against Detroit. But hey, if the Cavaliers wanna go home and own the Nets that can happen too. Doesn't really matter to me, I'll steal a page of of Rasheed's book and what he said yesterday about the game.
