Deron Williams for Martell Webster, Linas Klinza and Joel Freelander. That was the deal the Jazz made with the Trailblazers, the Jazz got the #3 pick in 05, the Blazers got the #6 pick, and #27 pick in 05, and the #30 pick in 06. I gotta say that was a total screw over, Utah has a shot at a title and Portland still sucks.
NO WAY. The most was VC for Mourning, Eric and Aaron Willaims. Moruning never paid, Eric did good for about 40 games, and Aaron is a D-Leaguer.
I'd agree with all of these to an extent, but the one that pops to mind first is the Eddy Curry to New York deal. The Bulls parted ways with Curry for Antonio Davis, Tim Thomas, Mike Sweetney, Jermaine Jackson, and most importantly, the two future picks, one being used on Tyrus Thomas in last years draft. This deal can be even worse depending on who the Bulls get in this upcoming draft. Now, the Bulls have parted ways with Tim Thomas, Davis, and Jackson, but they did get rid of a one dimensional turnover prone post player in Curry.
Abdur Rahim for Pau Gasol, Brevin Knight and Lorenzen Wright. Maybe not the most lobsided...but has to be pretty close...then again, Rahim was still a 20ppg player then. But we got practicaly a better player in Gasol AND two good defenders with leadership. Not to mention hometown favorite Ren.

Curry was never really anything special, IF we only got tyrus thomas id say the trade was worth it but we still have a chance at another very early draft pick. As far as Antonio davis, tim thomas, mike sweetney and jermaine jackson, we really had no need for them as we already have one of the best benches in the nba.(besides a post player that is)
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Mobruler @ May 18 2007, 07:54 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Kwame Brown for Caron Butler.</div>Thank you. I'd also say Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, and Devin Harris for Antawn Jamison was lopsided. Laettner was waived instantly, and Stackhouse shoots way too much. Harris is a nice young player, but his quickness is better utilized for a high-octane offense, like Phoenix.
Torontos trade VC for Zo, Eric Williams, and Aaron. They are all nobodys except Alanzo who held out. While vc turned around the 12-22or 24 Nets into contendors

That trade wasn't one sided at all, the Sixers finished the season strong, found a top 10-15 PG in Andre Miller, found their franchise player in Andre Iguodala and have three first round picks in this deep draft. How is that one sided? It's easily Tractor Traylor for Dirk Nowitzki.

Depending on how far back we're going, Kobe better-than-Jordan Bryant for Vlade Divac was pretty sick too.

So what's worse, passing on Deron Williams and Chris Paul because you already have Telfair, or passing on Brandon Roy because you want to get Telfair? I think it's still worse to pass on Williams and Paul, but not by much. Then again, Webster still has a chance to succeed in the NBA. Can you say the same thing about Telfair?
The really lopsided trades have been named already but here's another pretty good one:Tony Delk and Rodney Rodgers for Joe Johnson.

You cant say who got the better end of the deal yet, I'd say by the end of next season you can start to see, but until 3-4 years after the trade who knows? For all we know AI will lose most of his speed and only be half the player he is now after next season and the Sixers will get a franchise star in a draft steal. You dont know so you really cant say anything about that trade as of now.
