Colabro was terrible again tonight. He started the pregame by saying that the Blazers have just lost 4 in a row, and followed with many mistakes and inane comments. He again failed to report who fouls were called on, which foul, what the foul was for, substitutions, and key elements of the game while continuing with irritating comments about what sitcoms he watches, actors, clothing color choices etc. He is really obnoxious with his mindless repetitions of platitudes, droning on about being on a road trip, and word fumbles.

Let's find someone who can keep facts straight, read his prompters, and have some interest in the Blazers and replace him.

 

Maybe we should hire swish3 to coach us. He'd never take Meyers leonard out of the game

 

I said we were garbage. We didn't have anybody out, they had Curry and Green out and we still got lit up by them. No excuses, just garbage.

 

Yep, that was pretty bad, too, but if you can’t get worked up enough to beat the world champs when they are missing two starters, you’re just pathetic. I’m going to check out of this season pretty soon if this shit continues.

 

Zach play good defense tonight and Leonard has improved a lot on both ends. But right now Zach is little lost on offense due to they move him from 5 to the 4. There was times on offense where Leonard and Zach screen the same guy and at times they ran into each going the same position. Zach did have 9 boards and block and even changed a lot of shots. But until the coach does his job and show Leonard and Zach who playing the 5 and 4 on offense then Zach will continue to struggle on the offensive end.

 

Stotts survived the summer, and should already be on thin ice, so I’m serious when I say if Portland doesn’t win at least two of the next three, games at home against the clippers, Magic, and nuggets, he should be fired.

 

What a competent GM would do in this situation is find Meyers another home and commit to Zach. Leonard is playing well, can’t tell me there is ZERO interest in a youngish big that can stretch the floor and only has a year left on his deal.

 

We’re so bad at this point that the other team’s bench can beat us.

 

Can't believe Dame is talking about "winning titles" and then they give up games like this. I mean, how many more memes are you going to give opposing fans, CJ? It's one thing when you're hell bent on making changes or adding playefs whatever the cost....like the Lakers or Celtics. But we already know that the Blazers think they have some are some low rent SA Spurs. The reality slaps you in the face like the Greek Freak with his nuts Harkless' face. We just got slaughtered the last two games and there is little chance this team, as is, is capable of much more. I fucking hate Durant but maybe he was asking the right questions in CJ' podcast. We are talking about adding a third piece, I mean just talking about it and the other contenders are beyond even that level. The only way we beat contending teams is if we get them on their worst day of the year. And then BS ourselves into thinking we can compete. "Oh we had the best record in November." Meanwhile, nothing changes.

 

Right now we can't guard a lick on when our guards get pick at the top matter fact anybody that gets pick. No adjustment on Stotts at all the last two game on defense. Now the offensive no ball movement and no player movement. Either it is ISO or one pass and shoot or one pass then iso and attempt to score. You got your small forward standing in the corner and not one guard look at him the entire game. When we had success in early part of the season we both player and ball movement now are offense is just like we play against New Orleans last playoffs. We need get back playing like we did the first of the year.

Pretty much Durant played until they knew they had the game. he took about 3 mins off in the first half. Ended up with almost 38 mins he sat out the last 4 because the game was out of hand and he took about 3 mins in the second half. They were prepared to play him 42+ minutes tonight to make sure they got this win. Klay only played just under 33 minutes but still score 31 points to Durant's 32. Both of them shot well over 50% from the floor and combined for 6-14 from 3 point. They knew they had to play well tonight and they did just that. Blazers played a terrible 2nd quarter and it cost them the game. You cannot give up 35 points and score only 17 and expect to stay in a game.

 

Trap game, Warriors were bound to bounce back.
