There is too much unknown to comment on this except ask questions. All the reports say he got shot fleeing while brandishing a weapon. I wonder if cops can do that in Alabama. It is legal here in NV. You don't have to point a gun at cops or be attacking them in all instances.
Seems like a lot of sketchy details so far as to who this fella is and why was he there running with a gun in his hand?
