OT How many millions of people do this crap?

I mean the dog's first owners obviously. I don't know how many states have laws against this but all of them should. My buddy does not approve of being locked up outside.

My little buddy wanted to go out in the back yard and play fetch.

It was 40 or so? I was like FUCK that it's cold. Then I said why not and went out with him. Then he shivered and ran right back to the door. Little bastard is spoiled I tell ya.

I hope I'm right about my dog, that she's forgotten her abusive former owner. If I am maybe this dog will forget at least some of his years chained up.
