Also why is Stauskas in the dog house (Let's not even talk about Layman) But Turnover is allowed to play like shit the whole game and still be in in crunch time ?

 

We outrebounded them, outshot them, and played lockdown D in second half. We earned being in a position to win the game.

 

I'm on board with moving CJ. I WANT to move CJ.

But the stupid shit people say just because it's CJ makes me want to pull my hair out.

Get with reality man... this team need a miracle the other not to beat an Orlando team without Aaron Gordon... and they were at home off multiple days rest coming off a 3 game losing streak... this team blows... can’t believe you are blind to 3 years evidence that this Dame, CJ, Stotts thing won’t work... what are you on the 10 year plan?!

 

That’s crazy. Without CJ, there’s no one to take pressure off Dame. I think this game is a great example of why we NEED CJ.

 

Evan Turner shoots 62% from the FT line & 15% (yes FIFTEEN PERCENT) from three and makes 18 million dollars per year... smh this team is just eww

Someone in this thread mentioned earlier how stupid it is that we have to compromise our roster for situations like this. It's so true, we lack balance.

Worse case you foul and Denver makes 2 FT's and you call a timeout.
As you're down 3 with 6.9s left.

Literally the right play was made by CJ.

 

So this means: We are 1:2 against Division rivals

 

We need to change the way we play. We need to stick to that whole ball movement thing they made an emphasis in the summer. Instead, as soon as shit hits the fan, we just revert back to what we know. I’m with you man I’m a huge Cj fan and I still couldn’t care if we shipped him. This team is just simply played out

Only silver lining is one more 1st round exit or shit not making the playoffs all together this team is being blown up

It was a great pass from Dame after the defense closed in on him and CJ has a great look. CJ's gonna make that 8 out 10 times. Probably his easiest shot of the night. But thems the breaks. The effort was very good on defense in the second half. But it wasn't good on the perimeter in the 1st half. Got to come out swingin'. Stop starting Heartless. Dude is useless. Blazers got way better looks when Jake Layman started. No one even needs to guard epic bricker MO. Dude has zero motor. Start Jake. It gives Dame another high quality option to pass to. I’m a bit surprised as well but not mad at venting from folks cause there’s definitely something wrong and we need to vent for therapeutic reasons. Me personally I don’t mind the hot shooter taking the last shot especially when Dame is so locked down. Would like to see a few more shooters on the floor. Not that I’m saying Baldwin should have been in there but I really like the way he can slash to the hoop which might have been pretty effective with 5 seconds left and down by 1. Maybe draw a foul while being around the rim either way.
