    ....^^^^^

Not sure what I was thinking leaving out the best manager the Yankees ever had IMHO, with all due respect to Casey Stengel...

    WWBD- what would Billy do...
Billy more than likely, would have beat the hell out of Trashman by now several times over; bound, gagged, hogtied and stuffed him in a locker thru the off-season....
In fact I seriously doubt Trashman would be a GM, if Billy were still around.

The Yankees would reportedly be willing to give up Gary Sanchez for Marlins J.T. Realmuto as per MLB Trade Rumors.

The Blue Jays are also interested in Dallas Kackel as per MLB Trade Rumors.

Looks like the Cano to Mets deal will ne announced on Monday. I think the Mutts are making a huge mistake but give Seattle Credit, they are making one hell of a salary dump.

Seeing Jeter as a player and the way he hustled I can't see him in an ownership group dealing for Sanchez.

They would drive sanchez to the airport for that deal. Especially after having drafted 2 good catching prospects in the first and 2nd round that both look good and would be ready in a couple of years when realmuto is done. Would love this trade but yanks probably have to throw in bird which I would do as tired of waiting for him already

I would make that trade in a heartbeat. Sanchez would probably fare better in Miami anyway. Yankee's should have got Christian Yelich when he was available instead of the strikeout K King...

I'd like to see the Mets acquire Harper and Machado too, just to keep them away from the Bronx.

LOL, Cano back in NY/NY, rather he will be the Soap Box Queen of Long Island...

Imagine if the Metropolitan's do the choir Machado and Harper, along with Cano, I really doubt they will ever release deGrom or Syndergaard...

You have my vote. I can't afford to come out to the Bronx and fit Miss Trashman with a brand new pair of cement boots.
I will spring for the cost of the cement though, if you want to pay him a visit in his Box Suite. I will even pay for the boat and the transportation to get him to the boat. While you're at it do you think you can lace some cannolis with strychnine for Mrs. Cud-chewing baBoone.???

Knowing baBoone who has no taste, he would probably turn down a mighty fine cannoli. Maybe we should lace his bubble gum with peyote...

That might not be a good idea, the Peyote that is. He would be liable to start Severino in five straight games, or until the Peyote wears off...

.... He would be liable to show up for a game in a mini skirt. He would be liable to wear stilettos when he walks out to the mound. You would be liable to have sex with a billy goat in the parking lot.
He would be liable to bench GT, Andujar and Voit, and have Walker play the left side of the infield and Bird the right side,

    I don't have much $$$$
    BUT ~
I would make sure you get a Dozen Cannolis for the rest of your life, and your kids and grandkids too. Take out Trashman, the Kids and baBoone and I will make sure your great great grandkids get Cannolis for the rest of their lives....

If you could manage 2 make Jeter an offer he could not refuse by taking over the Yankees, I will make sure you inherit Little Italy and Long Island too....

I’d breathe easier if Jeter were GMing/ &/or owning the Yankees....what’s going on
in Yankee management is the team’s real weakness!
