    This is the largest waste of tax dollars, the effects of costly, incompetent staff hired by racial/sexual category rather than education/experience/ability.

    It's a trillion dollar a year drain for which no acceptable excuse exists.

    Wow. That is truly sad. You'd think there would be some kind of minimal info you need to know to have a job as a District of Columbia Courts Marriage Bureau clerk or supervisor.
