No be truthful here, were you ever a homer towards your favourite team? Ive got to say, growing up, I was propbably one off the hugest ones you'd ever see. I used to think Vince Carter was better than Jordan. I would get angry when Jordan was playing for the Wizards and would still school Carter. I also used to think we had a chance at the playoffs with like a 30 win record with 5 or so games left in the season. I admit it, I loved the Raptors that much.

Yeah, I've always been a Warrior homer. Predicted them to make the playoffs before the season each the last 5 years. Predicted them to beat the mavs. Predicted them to make the playoffs back in february when we were out of the race. It's more fun watching games when you're blindly devoted to a team. But in player evaluations I'm always objective.

I don't know but I think others make better judgment. Like austingriz said never, but I believe he's made some homerisms. He had a knack in bringing a Grizz in every discussion, like how Serge does with Iverson.I've made some.

Yeah I definetly used to be a big one. Before the 05-06 season started I was predicting the Sixers to win 48-50 games lol.I also thought AI was a top 4 player in the league up until this season.

I have never been a homer, I always look at both sides of the situation. I'll be completely honest about the Nuggets, and every player on the roster.

Just my opinion but I can't see how people are not homers. It's what sports are all about FFS!

Yeah, of course...In my opinion, if you're not atleast a bit of a homer, you're not a hardcore fan of your team.I don't think I'm that much of a homer. People called me a homer for predicting the Raps to make the playofs....but look what happened..

Not Being a homer doesn't mean your not a true fan. Most Homers just bring up stupid points(that in their minds sound smart) to convey nonlogical posts. IE (OMG KOBE BRYANT IS BETTER THEN MJ, MJ CANT SCORE 81 POINTS!) or THE PACERS ARE GETTING THE NUMBER ONE PICK I KNOW IT!it just seems pointless to me that you have to make yourself look stupid to think your a real basketball fan. A real basketball fan knows no one wins every game and no player is perfect, and has the ability to to see things either way.

The biggest homer on this forum has to be High54Life. Meh - I don't think I'm much of a homer though.

If you ever want to see a real homer ? Listen to a soccer fan, or as my basketball afficiandoes call them "Soccer Dogs"....They are unreal with some of the stuff they pull off about their teams....Partly why I hate soccer dogs.

When it comes to fanlike devotion, I'm a huge homer. But I don't let my eyes lie. Not too much anyway.

Not anymore. Losing kills homerism (atleast in my case).
