I think most people agree we have the most potential of any team right now in the NBA. So how good do you think we will be next year? 50 wins? 60 wins?I could honestly see us making a push for the finals, espically if Detroit loses part of their core and we get a great player in the post.
I still think the bulls have a while to go yet. They still havnt got there roster situation quite figured out. I think they are gonna loose either gordon, deng, or Nocioni, which any would be a big loss. And I think Ben Wallace is on a decline from here on out. I think you guys should ship out Nocioni, get another 2 guard, put gordon on the bench and have him as the 6th man because he is more affective there, deng at small forward, draft a good power Forward (dont think thomas will cut it) and hope Wallace, stays consistent, and heinrich at point is solid. The East doesn't have very many great teams but the teams at the top are gonna stay at the top I believe and I dont know if the bulls have what it takes to get past them.
I think Gordon proved this year he's more then worthy to start, and Deng has proven he could break out into a superstar player in the next year or two. Nocioni and Hinrich we could do either way with. Duhon is a suitable replacement if Hinrich were to leave but I really dont think we're gonna lose any of our core. We are very good in our cap still even after signing ben wallace to a big deal.
Next year I think they would be much better. A maturer more expirienced team that haws found its chemsitrty. In the beginning it took a long time to find rythinm with all the new players on the team and now everyone knows each others feel of play. All the babys from the baby bulls season are almost reaching their peak. They should be scary. I would say 53-29

Big Sudan and Gordon will be given extensions next season, all the Bulls have to do is add some more depth in the paint and they will be right behind the Pistons the next couple seasons.

The Pistons are a great team but we've already shown we can compete with them. Other then Game 1 and 2, we competed at a very high level with them. They arent on a pillar above us anymore.
Bulls are going to do great next season. Don't they also own a lottery pick this year? If so, they can upgrade on the forward position possible giving them a good lineup + bench. If Detriot loses Billups, the Bulls could be top 3 on the East next season. I predict them winning atleast 55 games.
People are going to be hyping the sh*t out of the Bulls just like last year, because they will get another lottery pick and the fact that they showed "good determination against the Pistons" (Who the F*ck cares, they lost.).But they will fall short again.

And look what we did the next year to them. Watch out next season Pistons. :beee:
It really depends on which pick they get this year. I think no matter what pick they get that they will make the Conference Finals, if they can make some nice moves this off-season and get an inside scorer, I think they might be able to pass Detroit or atleast take them to 7 games.
Im not saying the bulls are not right there because they are, I just think it is still a few things away. I havnt given up on tyrus but you can probably pick up a better forward seems they have a good pick in this years draft. heinrich, gordon, deng, noah( I think you guys will try for him) and wallace, Eastern confrence finals next year, but I still have detroit if there team doesn't split up and cleveland at the top. And if new jersey keeps their team together and add another big man in there and stay healthy I wouldnt turn your backs on them quite yet either
I'm not worried about cleveland. We could already beat the cavs today, not to mention we have the 9th pick in the draft coming now. In a playoff series espically the combo duo of Deng/Noc would slow down Lebron a lot over 7 games. Add to it that Eric Snow will likely be on Gordon and you have a massacre in a 7 game series. We matchup just as well with cleveland as we did agaist Miami. I'd say we could beat cleveland in 5 if we had homecourt, at worst maybe 6 in an actual playoff series.
