    Still saying Leonard, Harkless and protected 1st for him. Play him at backup 4. Worst case scenario, it's a salary dump of those 2 guys when Parker walks.

    and who would run the offense on the second unit? Parker? That trade doesn't make us better and it adds money to our payroll tax.

    Jabari for ET straight up? Why would Chicago do that?

    If they wanted ET + some combination of Swanigan/Trent/Aminu/Future 2nds, I'd do it in a heartbeat and just cut Parker.

    If Olshey pulled off Turner for Parker straight up then it is Chicago's GM(s) (GarPax) that should be fired. I'll resurrect a statue for Olshey on that one even though you're right that Turner is his fault to begin with. There is some value in being able to fix your mistakes.

    So losing ET and then cutting Parker improves us this year how? Sounds like a definite trip to the lottery and then we lose a tradable asset as well. Turner may be over paid, but he is producing pretty decent this year and runs the second unit. I doubt we win last nights game without Turner.

    He suggested Parker for Turner and a second. I’d be all over that but I think Chicago would ask for more. Still think they’d be more interested in Meyers and Moe.
