I wouldnt mind trading Gasol and the pick to Chicago for Loul, Thabo and the 9th pick or something. Who knows, Horford or Yi might drop there.

I just thought bout that. I think it would even further lead to the rise of the bulls in blazers and also seems like a logical trade for what both teams need. I dont know if it would happen but id definately love to have a player like Randolph who has a great scorers presence and an even better rebounding ability.

I will be very surprised if we look back and say Oden and Durant were the only good players in 07. This is a great draft and offseason year for the NBA. A Number 3 Pick isnt that bad at all.

And, if you made that trade, you would have big cap problems and would probably have a lot of trouble signing both Deng and Gordon longterm. Not to mention it's a ripoff for Portland value wise.

Because, while Oden is going to be a great player down the road, he'll probably only do something like 14-9-2 as a rookie. Those are great rookie numbers, but not something that will make them the playoffs without Randolph.I also wouldn't be surprised to see Seattle and Portland swap picks because the other picks suit their needs better.
