Thanks. Apparently that was my source's source. Much more complete, more grades, and much grimmer for Oregonians. An overall D among the 50 states. Decades of Dems in control with their organized graft, populating of agencies with criminal cohorts, and a refusal to enact even basic laws or oversight.
Oregon's own S2 has always been tainted with payola...50 bucks to ban someone..the nerve! 100 dollar bets that never get paid!
All I could get out of the OPB report was that Kolenc was fired in 2016 from mismanaging Kate's campaign budget. Seems like she took the appropriate action. As for "Freetelegraph" -> LOL
