He needs to watch the splash brothers some more. They shoot it in the tiny opening coming off of screens. They're tough shots they make - but they're open shots mostly - even if for only a split second. Conversely, it's Dames biggest weakness that he tries to shoot it from 30-foot over a defender. Whilst it did drop for him for a month - it's a terrible, low percentage shot and not good for the team - resulting in a wasted offensive possession.
Lol, yeah, true, that would help. It's a total farce the type of screens they get to set; wouldn't look out of place for the 49'ers.
Nope. Super Human NBA basketball players are completely immune to the effects of the same maladies that knock mere office dwellers on their ass. Donchano.
There you go. I got to remember that sarcasm font. I must be mortal also....Hey that makes me just as special as Dame!
I have criticized Lillard in the last few weeks that he has a bad 3 point percantage (only 34% at one time). Now he improved at 39.1%, thats his best 3 point% since 13/14, and his fg% is at 44.9% (career high). Gotta give him credit, hopefully he can keep the level. We'll see
Lillard shouldn't get a pass for bad shot selection when he's guilty of it; and he's been guilty off it at times over his career at the same time, the offense Portland runs for Dame is basically, give him the ball and let him create his own....and oh by the way, have him run the team offense at the same time. All this happens while he's being doubled regularly and opposing teams heavily tilt their defense toward Dame. That's a really heavy burden on his shoulders, so occasional bad shot selection seems inevitable. sure, sometimes those 30' three's early in the shot clock are irritating, and I wish he'd cut those way down. But mostly, it's a forgivable sin considering all he does and what he's meant to the team
