The club soon is expected to announce that he will be offered a position with the organization.Hill's job situation had been in doubt for the past two and a half weeks.During the season, Hill was questioned for the team's style of offense and his lack of use of young players. No word on who canadiates are to replace Hill but prehaps the top experienced canadiate in Rick Adelman is already off the market.</div>-RealGM
people who are reportedly in the running for the job are billy donavan.marc iavaroni, stan van gundy(he turned down an offer from the pacers today),jeff van gundy, rick carlisle, lenny wilkins, larry brown, and mike fratello.sam vincent was in it but charlotte hired him today.
This is stupid on the Magic's part, especially if they are using a lack of use of young players as a reason. Brian Hill constantly used young players on the court, Howard, Milicic, Nelson, Ariza, Bogans, Arroyo all of these guys got plenty of playing time underneath Hill, as well as made good strides in their levels of play. As for style of play, he used the style of play that made the most sense. When you have a power player like Dwight Howard on the team, you don't try to get out and run up and down the court. That takes away from the strength of our team. They ran when they had a chance, but we just didn't have a fast break team this year. This is retarded to take Coach Hill out of the job, when he done more than a good job as head coach.
