It seems as if everyone's angry. Jim buss basically blamed Phil for the lack of defense, he also called him out for his harshness on players. Kurt said Jim buss can't criticise Phil when he doesn't even come to see the practices. And kobe seems really pissed. It just seems the lakers as an organisation are self-destructing.

For me, I have to constantly hear about at school and from all my friends. So stop bitching about how spoiled we are when the last 3 or 4 years for Lakers fans have been one of the most emotional/dramatic/depressing stints in sports history.

When you complain about 3 years of not making the playoffs and people hating your favorite player, you really are spoiled. Your post was nice for Lakers fans, but it had me ROFL'ing. Try being a fan of an average franchise sometime. It'll kill you guys. This is nothing. Why should you ever be okay with losing? Especially when you have the best player in the league and the best coach ever. We're just going around in circles here.
Just go watch some classic Lakers games and feel good about yourselves. Most teams have to deal with this stuff all the time and only wish they could have 11 championships, or for some teams, 11 playoff appearances. You guys have nothing to complain about. Phil+Kobe gave you 3 championships. I'm guessing about 95% of pro teams probably don't have that much. I guess it's expected though. Second, I just realized something. Where is this complaining? You're all talking like we're trying to kill ourselves because we haven't been good for 3 years. I know I haven't. I'm still a fan, and 30 years of mediocrity wouln't make me stop watching.
