NOT! Trump pulled out of a massive trade deal. Now 11 countries are going ahead without the US https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/29/politics/tpp-trade-trump/index.html Trump issues executive order freezing federal workers' pay in 2019 https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/29/politics/trump-executive-order-federal-workers-pay-freeze/index.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed: rss/cnn_latest (RSS: CNN - Most Recent)
Screwed us on a big trade deal that will insure high tarrifs and an increase in the cost of goods here. The other move though...wow. Not only took away a coming pay raise, but took away federal workers wages for hundreds of thousands of workers. He just lost a lot of votes if he makes it to 2020. He will be gone very soon. Impeachment coming.
@magnifier661 Said during the campaign that this sort of thing would never happened as Trump was a "brilliant" negotiator.
It's as simple as one word, vengeance. The guy is out of control and the hotter his seat becomes the more unstable he becomes and he has the nuclear codes. Scary thought, but yet we have die hards like maris, marzy body and el presidente who see no harm in his actions.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/thehil...f-trump-saying-obama-should-be-fired-over?amp "If you say, 'Who gets fired?' it always has to be the top," Trump said on Fox News in 2013. "The problems start from the top and they have to get solved from the top. The president is the leader, he has to get everyone in a room and lead," Trump added at the time.
You don't need to be a graduate of the crayon kindergarten academy to figure out Trump is a psychopath.
The Defense Department has the word to ignore his orders to fire the nukes unless key Defense Department personnel concur.
Trumps ego is more important than hundreds of thousands of federal workers families having a roof over their head and food on their table for their families.
I think it's desperation. His term is nearing its end and if he doesn't get the wall, the one thing that he really hung his hat on, he has zero chance of re-election (not that I really thought he had much of a chance anyway.)
I'd like to get @BLAZINGGIANTS perspective on the trade stuff and how it will effect international sales of Oregon wine.
We are renovating a theater, and buying direct from China for the video wall. Peeps are saying the tariff will go into effect at some point early 2019, and basically cost us 20% more.
So, long story short, is it legit? It’s such a clusterfuck I don’t even feel like trying to decipher it myself.
