It is clear he is a huge upgrade over Tyronn Lue and Speedy Claxton and would be the glue of a very talented nucleus, which includes the overlooked Joe Johnson, who averaged 25 points per game last season. Not to be discounted is his status in Atlanta as a player who helped lead Georgia Tech to the Championship Game in 2005.</div>It comes from RealGM though..

It would be tough for Portland to get Conley, I don't know if I see it happening. It would have to be with either Atlanta or Memphis, and I don't see them trading Aldridge, and they shouldn't. What exactly would they put together? Jarrett Jack, a future 1st rounder, and a filler? Ehhh, I don't think that's enough to pry away the #3 or 4 pick.
Atlanta can be sort of dumb at times. How about Marvin Williams and the 3rd for LaMarcus and and Jack.
