I just read through the whole Justice/Primetime/Gentile thing. I agree with Justice and that his little comment was taken way out of proportion...and Primetime, you did bring race into the discussion, you can't deny that, if your claiming Justice brought it up by stereotyping his first comment that started everything....I think thats a bit of a reach.Justice -You do realize he's just a high school grad who has been in prison for however many months. Jesus may have actually been Indian. a few years ago some researchers from Brigham Young University-Hebron, did a genetics research on a lot of people from the first century AD and found that a lot of people from in and around Nazereth were actually of Indian non Arayan decent. I can't find any online sources but the article is from the June 1998 Utah magazine.

You can also admit that American voting whites, overwhelmingly (virtually all Republicans and about half of Democratic voting whites), drank the Kool-Aid during the build up for war and sometime after. I, in turn, will admit that PrimeTime was waaay off the mark with the "neocon" Saddam/Hitler reference. PrimeTime was eager with the racial parody, but words on messageboard can be misinterpreted. I never agreed with him, rather I disagreed with the nasty condescension with which you handled him. Also, white people are NOT devils. That was a joke, perhaps a response to BCB actually typing "negro" a few times (very devilish). Truthfully, I really do enjoy our little messageboard bloodsport. You're very adept, and more important, equally willing to do battle. Optimally, this isn't how I teach; this is how I learn. One more thing. You shark around these boards sniffing for blood plenty, taking a real bite out of misinformed posts. Usually, it's at least a detailed correction, if not very constructive. But anything like that meat you took out of PrimeTime will always be worth words from me.
ASU, you were right. PrimeTime did seem to fit into the stereotypes Justice unwittingly(?) exposed. I apologize for just about that whole emotional rant. I wanted to talk about the issue, but I was on one that day. The Captain was right in checking me on that. I apologize. For real. It was very excessive, and you were the more gentlemanly and mature between us in that brief exchange.You did notice it first after all.
