In the 2006/2007 season, my favorite game would probably be when Kobe scored 52 in 3 quarters against the Jazz on November 30th. Kobe hadn't been his usual dominant, explosive self for the first month of the season, and some people were saying he would never be quite the player that he was before his knee surgery. He shut everyone up in this game. He had two nice dunks (something he hadn't done yet in the season) and he made 11 straight shots in the third quarter. He nearly set an NBA record scoring 30 points in that period. It wasn't just Kobe that was on though. Lamar nearly went for a triple double with 14/11/8. Mo Evans erupted for 17 points off the bench. Ronny, Luke, and Bynum all played well. The offense was just clicking, resulting in 132 points for LA. The more impressive feat was that it was against Utah, a team that was a staggering 11-3 at that point. The Lakers were off to a good start, but they hadn't really beaten any teams that were as good as Utah. To go into that game and beat them by 30 was just very fun to watch. What were your favorite games of the season?

Hmm....I can't really go with just one game, because the whole 4 games with 50 points or more was just that incredible. I am going with that string of games. The 52 in 3 quarters again Utah was pretty nice though. That's when he showed everyone, he was back.

The best I saw was either of the Houston games at LA that went into OT. Kobe was clutch as hell in both.

I saw a couple of games this year, and my favorite one of Lakers games had to be the game with the Bobcats. Even though they lost, it was an outstanding game, the Bocats had like four players I believe that showed up for 20 points or more. Raymond Felton went wild on the Lakers that game, did pretty much whatever he wanted to. Kobe went off also, had one of his 50 point games. That was one of the better games I watched this year

The 58 point game was pure skill. His athletcism was depleted but he destroyed them with just jumpshots.Game 3 of the first round was amazing. He mixed it up perfectly, attacked the rim, good defense and good team play. His best overall game in years.

65 against Portland.. or when he beat Detroit with that spin-reverse-dunk on all 5 Pistons...I love Kobe.

And I believe your talking about the play where he split the double, then spun away and hit the fadeaway.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PofZWHKiKuM

The best I saw was easily the 65 point game. I was falling out of my seat in those last 9 minutes of the 4th. I obviously can't see many Lakers games since I don't live in that area but that was the during the short period where I was getting league pass free on the internet for some reason so luckily I got to catch the 4 straight 50 point games. Good timing huh lol

As a Lakers fan the 4 straight 50+ point games were kind of depressing. It just showed how bad a team we were at that point that Kobe had to put up insane numbers for us to compete with teams like Portland and Memphis.
