Not really, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil are not third world countries.
The countries that border us are in this list. Nearly all of the land mass near us is on that list.

This is the only list of third world countries I could find in 5 minutes of searching. Argentina and Brazil do not appear on the list.

The 14th amendment was ratified 151 years ago. This will make President Trump the first President in 151 years to get it right and faithfully support the Constitution and faithfully see that the laws are enforce. The 14th amendment was not all that well written but it has been illogically interpreted for a century and a half now.
