Not so much... San Diego station 'stands' by claim CNN turned down reporter over differing wall narrative By Paulina Dedaj, Brian Flood | Fox News A San Diego television station is standing by its contention that CNN declined to use one of its reporters for a border-wall story because it didn’t fit with the network’s narrative. KUSI accused CNN this week of asking for a local perspective on the effectiveness of the border wall, then pulling back when the station offered reporter Dan Plante, who has previously reported that the wall is in fact effective. KUSI digital content manager Mike McKinnon III wrote on the network’s website, “We believe CNN declined a report from KUSI because we informed them that most Border Patrol agents we have spoken to told us the barrier does in fact work.” SAN DIEGO STATION CLAIMS CNN ASKED FOR LOCAL BORDER WALL PERSPECTIVE, BUT BACKED OFF WHEN RESPONSE FAVORED TRUMP The Associated Press contributed to this report.
Ha! I sort of enjoy a few minutes of the Lemon now and then. Just to see a real piece of work in action. It is kind of amazing to see the once premier news organize devolve into a some sort of scab forum. Lemon and Maddow over on MSNBC are a real curious pair. Kind a weird that they for this short moment in time, represent an example of those given special privilege protection in the media by law. In all fairness, you probably need to add that other loud mouth at CNN Sort of sad momentary joke I think.
I don't know what is up with Cuomo. People getting bored with their agreement in everything. Need a heel like pro wrestling?
While they all have to be ratings driven at least a little bit, some are more ratings driven than others. I would have to say that PBS and BBC are perhaps the least ratings driven.
Yeah, when they are on the street corner begging for money to feed their habits. This girl knocked on a door. I dont know anyone personally or know OF anyone who would shut the door on someone like this. Boy, girl, black, white, gay, straight. Your post is completly out of left field and is obviously from a very jaded viewpoint. The article didnt hint of anything about white man misdemeaner crime or anything. Race wasnt a factor or even really mentioned. How the hell you are connecting these dots is quite puzzling.
The post I was responding to was either removed or modified. The missing post said that since she lived in the same neighborhood as the lady who found her, the lady probably already knew her. I hate it when a post is modified or removed without some sort of insert explaining what happened.
You've successfully turned a story of a kidnapped 13 year old being rescued alive into an argument about the credibility of 24 hour news channels. You're everything that's wrong with this country. Not even a story like this can distract either side from their political agendas. Just pathetic.
