Last 3 minutes of the game they made more plays then we did and that was the game. It look like altitude caught up to us a little bit too. But good game.

 

This is on the officiating. If they would have called an obvious elbow by Jokic he wouldn't have been in the game for much of the second half. And that's only one of half a dozen obvious fuck ups by these refs.

 

We win comfortably if Dame wasn't ice cold. Ugh.

 

You cant have your ONLY option down 3 with 3 seconds left be running right at the ball. Should've known they were going to ZONE UP the 3pt line!!!! And WTF was Nurkic doing in the game? And Turner? They knew Turner wasn't a threat to get the ball back on that play because he's a terrible shooter. Should've ran Dame, CJ, Curry, Jake, and Meyers.

Stotts never fails to disappoint.

The refs get into his head and he starts forcing shots trying to force them to call fouls that they simply won't.

This loss is on Terry Stotts, as usual, with his pathetic 1990s coaching.

 

That B.S. I hate that fucking excuse. If Nurk hadn't shit the bed that might have had something to do with it. Having such a predictable offense to shut down because all we do is feed Dame in the clutch time. Not getting the rebound?

 

Using altitude as an excuse when the opposition has played 5 games in 7 nights is just sad

 

You know what's more controllable than hoping shots fall? Coaching.

 

You just HAVE to get the rebound there. Down 1 with 27 seconds left, the absolute worst case scenario is they hit a three and you're done. They hit a two, you have a chance but still will be tough because they run out the clock. Worst case scenario is they run it down and we fail to get the rebound.

Given all these choices, you'd think we foul to prolong the game. Stotts picks absolutely the worst case scenario and then compounds his mistake by taking our best rebounder and rim protector out (FOR WHAT??? WHO CARES IF HE HAS 5 fouls?! IT"S THE LAST FUCKING POSSESSION).

ugh, Terry is fucking awful at the end of games. Always at a disadvantage there.

 

Jesus they lost by 2 on the road to the best team in the West. Gimme a break.
