Vitamin Water is just a trendy fad to be popular. But I will give them props. They are doing amazing business and pulling some solid endorsements. I did some research on them for a marketing class
Not just about it making you fat but I read somewhere about having too many vitamins isn't good and too much of that plus your regular food intake gives you too much.
Vitamin water is great for killing hangovers. The one that has like 300% of your daily vitamin C is the best for that purpose. Pedialyte is actually the best thing you can drink for killing hangovers, it works like a charm. When I don't feel like spending 6 bucks on a bottle of Pedialyte though, the Vitamin C water or Gatorade works well too. When I'm not killing hangovers, I drink water or beer.

I doubt that vitamin water really does that. If you take a vitamin supplement, it might give you some bothers, but it's not likely to do anything disasterous, though. If you look at labels for things like vitamin C, usually they have several times what you actually need in your daily allotment. Keep in mind that vitamin C is not something that stays in your body. Basically if you get three times what you need for one day, it's not like it counts for the next two days as well. Vitamins typically don't absorb as well as regular food, either, but I digress.I'm basically just saying that it's pretty unlike to get really sick from taking too many vitamins.

I have to say the best tasting flavored water came in this clear glass bottle. I used to get it at this local sub joint when I was young. I haven't seen them in like years.
My advice, if you lack a normal diet and don't get vitamins, take a vitamin in the morning and just drink water, no sugar....it's better for you.

It's okay nothing great but it's also not bad. Some of the flavors are really bad and others are pretty good.

It just gives you more energy when you are tired. If you drink it just sitting around it is bad for you.BTW I have a Gatorade bottle and Vitamin Water bottle right here for some reason.</div> Ya but what rehydrates you? The sodium or the salts or something (forgot whats it called) Which is what you lose when you are sick, so it kind of restores the salts in your body. Its not good to drink as a beverage daily, but really great during sports.

Propel is a lot better. I have had 2 flavors of vitamin water and both were bad. I like all of the propels though...really good stuff.

I don't think gatorade is all that great for when you're sick. Usually, it doesn't do that much for me. I'd drink it before I drink soda, though.
