Adam Pearlman was born in California, he was a quiet type who was into hard rock music, but as a teenager he got involved in Islam with the Islamic Society of Orange County. Three years later he moved to Pakistan and married an Afghani refugee and became involved in Al-Qaeda. [IMG] Him as a teenager.[IMG] Him, as of today. It's just a wierd story and a lot of people don't know about it. He is the first American charged with treason since 1952.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>On May 29th, 2007 another video "Al-Qaeda Video Warning to US by American Adam Gadahn". was released on the internet. In this video Adam Gadhan listed six actions that Bush must take in order to prevent future terrorsits attacks from occuring. Additionally this video was released in a modern 16x9 format.</div> More at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Yahiye_Gadahn

He appears to be just another one of the loners of American society who turns to some fringe element to feel accepted. most teens turn to Emoism, Goth, or Gangs to fit in, he choise Islamic Fundamentalist. But he should be charged with treason, sending threats trying to distroy your country is treason. I thought John Walker Lindh should have also been charged with treason, but since he did renounce his US citizenship before anything started I can understand why he wasn't.

Yeah, if you read his wikipedia page it says that he was a classic loner and follower. Guess it makes him feel important.

I find it interesting that under 40 people have been charged with treason in American History.
