    I'm still not a fan of giving up 1st round picks for salary dumps but I would accept this one:

    Kings get Evan Turner, Caleb Swanigan, 2019 1st

    Blazers get Kosta Koufos and Skal Labissiere

    Blazers get all the way under the tax line, make some salary issues this summer less complicated to make re-signing guys like Layman, Curry, and Hood more realistic, and clear the rotation up a bit.

    No clue, I don't know what kind of offers they've been getting. They most certainly won't get a 1st without taking on salary next year but unlike the Bulls I haven't heard that they aren't willing to.
