You cannot have success being a me guy. It should always be we, not me. Yesterday when you said, "Yeah, I'd like to be traded," that was being a me guy. You were putting yourself before the team. Later in the day when you said you wanted to stay and you love the team, that's being a we guy, putting your team first. Another thing, he needs to understand these 4 things more then anything. 1. "We, Not Me" 2. "No Excuses. 3. "No Messengers" 4. "No Sympathy Groups." Well, he us breaking all 4 of those. He's being a me guy, making excuses, and has his people tell stuff to others, and have sympathy for him. You cannot be succesful with a closed mind. It's got to stay open, all the time, or it won't grow any bigger. If it is not getting bigger, we cannot get better, and if we can't bet better, we can't win. How do you become a better team? You get smarter? How do you get smarter. You coach your position. We need to start living it, and quit dreaming it.

Look at what he did for this franchise. He is the best player in the league playing the best he is ever going to play. Put yourself in his position. Do you want to waste your best years losing and doing nothing in the playoffs? Or do you want to win and show how good you could be? There is a point where you go from being a team player to being a idiot. He has stuck by this franchise the last 3 seasons, and they have gotten no where. I really don't think he would be doing this is the franchise was just straight up with him and said " Hey look, we are looking to build for the future and we would like you to be apart of it." Maybe he wouldn't mind being part of a rebuilding franchise, who knows? </span>

Knowone's better at anything then anyonelse. Kobe is a gifted player, who is playing on something bigger then himself, the Lakers.

He deserves to complain, the way the Laker's acted. They promised him they would rebuild the team, but every year they fail to do so.

Look at what I quoted. Seriously man, I knew you weren't exactly the smartest member, but this thread is just over the top. You started off trying to be all preachy and poetic and like you were delivering some new theory that would enlighten us all. Everybody knows it's a team game. People know that from the minute they start watching or playing basketball. So, the whole point of the thread was just kind of redundant. Then you say that no one is better than anyone at anything, they're just gifted or blessed. That's just wrong. I'm sorry, but no matter how you look at it, it's wrong. If you have a higher skill level than someone at something, you're better than them. This can be because you were born gifted, or you worked hard at it, but either way you're better than them. Kobe Bryant is better than you at basketball. Period. You can't flip that around. He trumps you in every category imaginable. That makes him better.

They certainly wouldn't be in the playoffs, or even win about 30 games.I know Kobe is portrayed to be an idiot sometimes, but is that really true? Has anyone, besides Shaq on TV ever said Kobe was a dick?

Open your circle and spell "sense" correctly next time you make fun of somebody else's knowledge. By the way, if that was an attempted poem, I honestly couldn't tell.
