Enes Kanter to Portland

In the video that Kanter is making with Adams, that is the first time I've seen him with his hair down. Has anyone seen him and Jason Momoa (Aquaman) in the same place at the same time? I think not....

Wow, what a schmaltzy smirky voice. No wonder Erdogan hates him. And the interviewer keeps pronouncing his name Ennis as in Dennis. Everyone knows it's pronounced Eenis as in Penis. Also, the interviewer is either sitting above Eenis or on a baby's high chair.

 

Watched Enes Kanter interview this morning. Seems like a good guy that fans can get behind. He seemed very appreciative of the Knicks fans and excited to be a Blazer. Loved the story of how he honed his English.

 

Props...now if they lose Thursday stay positive, they will be rolling going into the playoffs. lol

 

Great interview. Dude is genuinely hyped to be joining the team. Props to him for speaking up against the authoritarian regime in Turkey.

Seriously I don't know if the Bar is that high, but yeah I agree there isn't a lot of "top end" NBA Talent, but they have a lot of capable depth! I think they got a chance to get out of the 1st round.

 

Before the moves, the second unit had good energy and good chemistry, and for the first time in seemingly forever was helping win games.

Let's hope the team as constructed with the new players has good chemistry in time for the playoffs.

 

That might be hard to evaluate for a while. I mean most of those games the bench looked good in....... were at home.

Collins - home +6.4....road -14.0
Layman - home +8.6....road -0.3
Meyers - home +3.3....road -18.8
Curry - home +13.7....road -9.4

Hood - home -7.6....road -14.2 (45 of 49 games for Cleveland)

it's not just one or two, it's every one of them playing poorly

 

Hopefully Kanter can help that and nice to see Layman holding his own on the road.
